Privacy Policy

StyleCheck Grid (“we”, “the service”) is a project of Grid Tools. Questions about this policy can go to support@gridtools.qzz.io.

• Photos are compressed locally in your browser before analysis to reduce bandwidth.
• For each analysis the photo is sent to Google's Gemini API for processing and is not stored by us. We run no photo database, no user accounts and no upload archive.
• Your analysis history is kept only in your own browser's local storage. Clearing site data or using “Reset” removes it permanently.
• Google's handling of API inputs is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

The service stores preferences and history in your browser's local storage: closet items, API key (if you add one), theme preference, language, gender preference and past analyses. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.

This site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense to support its free operation.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand feature usage (page views, general device class). We do not build advertising profiles and do not sell data.

Because analyses and settings live in your browser only, retention is under your control: clear your browser storage for this site and everything is gone. Server-side, we retain nothing beyond standard, short-lived security logs.

StyleCheck Grid is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Since we hold virtually none, exercising these rights is simple — email support@gridtools.qzz.io and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
