By accessing or using StyleCheck Grid (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

StyleCheck Grid provides AI-generated feedback on outfit photographs, including a numeric style score, written rationale and suggestions. Output is generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and is provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

• Upload only photos of yourself or of people who have consented.
• No nudity, sexually explicit content, or content depicting minors.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload or resell the Service.
• Do not use the Service to harass or demean any individual.

We may suspend access for violations, at our discretion.

The Service includes a free daily usage allowance per visitor. We may adjust rate limits to prevent abuse and keep the Service available for everyone. If you supply your own Gemini API key, its use is additionally governed by Google's terms.

Style scores and recommendations are automated opinions, not professional fashion, image-consulting or psychological advice. We make no guarantee that any suggestion suits your body, culture, workplace rules or personal taste. You use all output at your own discretion.

The Service's design, code, branding and content are owned by Grid Tools and protected by applicable law. You retain rights to your uploaded photos; you grant us only the transient right to process them to produce your results.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grid Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of- law principles.
